How many members own a police car

No Mopar police vehicles for me, but I have owned several Fox Chassis Special Service Package (SSP) Mustangs including 1986 Utah Highway Patrol, 1986 Colorado State Patrol, 2 consecutive VIN (last 2 of 20) 1989 Minnesota State Patrol and a 1 of 8 1993 Nevada Highway Patrol. Below are the 2 that I still own. I thought about making a police clone out of my 1970 Custom Suburban, but have since decided to keep it mostly stock. The Minnesota State Patrol had some nice Fury patrol cars in 1970.

I almost have my own sheriff's dept :sFl_america2: 71 polara ex chp , 74 monaco ex chp, 2x 'chip's' police motorcycles- one is ex lapd other is ex ventura sheriff's patrol bike. I have 4 original uniforms and shields/badges ... my sickness is bad I also have 74 charger, 67 furylll and 71 polara custom. FCBO is my fav website I check in every day... a goldmine of info here for anyone with a love (or sickness) for a cbody. I thoroughly enjoy the banter, jokes and characters that are regulars here.

I have been around 'lurking' quietly in the background for sometime but thought I should respond to this thread... which I know will be worthless without a pic :icon_salut:20.JPG

Sorry to bug ya if I have the wrong person. Nice car

Ray??? Is this you? Great to hear from you. Did you finally sell the '67 or do you still have it? I kick myself everyday for not buying that car. What a great car. What do you have now??

yeah, the '67 did sell, ironically with your help on the important things that you had clearly already addressed on your car, on the second relist so its been gone five years now.

I still have got a few poice rigs, but alas only one Ford (other than daily driver P71s) left in the fleet...please shoot me a PM on this Forum with your email as I have lost my contacts from from that far back :D

Sure, what are they?
How is the High idle switch connected? What does it look like, same for the A/C cut off switch. What all did the A38 Pursuit package include, was there optional equipment for A38 cars? What Radio and lighting equipment would of been used with a late 60's early 70's police cruiser?

I am shocked to see another Guzzi lover! I had my first Guzzi in 1973, a V7 Sport while overseas. I own a 2008 1200 Norge to this day!

I don't have a Police car, but I have a Cordoba special ordered by a Former cop that loved his police cars. It is a 1977,with the

Does your Cordoba have the orange dual snorkel air clear for the non lean burn carburator? Someday that car is in my list to get.

no, it is the N code 400 four Barrel. The P coded 400 HD I believe had that. They are rated the same Horsepower and all, But I certainly would have liked the Non lean burn. In any event I have converted to electronic Ignition, and the engine runs perfectly. 37,000 actual miles!
