I almost started fighting yesterday with a Chevy A-Hole in AAP yesterday. He asked me if I owned the blue 78 NYB. When I replied that I did own the blue NYB... the A-Hole asked me what I was doing with Chevy road wheels on it. I tried explaining to him in a polite and an informative manner that Mopar had that wheel option since 1970. He just kept up with the ragging that it looking nice with Chevy wheels on it. It was irritating after the 4th or 5th time and I confronted him and told him to STFU or I was going to clock his stupid *** in front of his wife. He got the message and finally shut his hole.

Ummmm…you were seriously going to go to blows (in public) because the guy was talking **** about….your CAR??? More specifically your WHEELS???? Is defending your wheel's honor worth going to jail over? With all due respect, take a pill!

...let him make the first move then you are just defending yourself...

I know how you feel Bob, some people just never get it and won't listen to reason. I watch a couple of guys get into a fight at a car show because one guy was picking apart another guys car. I think you should try snowmobiling some of them are way out there.

Over the years I've had people start talking crap about my cars... I just ask "Where is your car?" The response is almost always "I don't have one" or "It's not here". On the odd chance they do have a car there, I then say "Let's walk over to it and I'll point out to you everything that's wrong".

They always turn on their heals and walk away at that point..

Obviously this *** was not bright at all, you all seen Bob? I wouldn't mess with him on my best day.

I instantly thought of a character like the one in the Monty Python "Nudge Nudge" sketch.

Love that! I miss the Flying Circus.

They just announced a comeback for the stage I heard.

Won't be the same. Can't be...

You're probably right, Cleese gave up the Silly Walk years ago already as it's too hard for his hips. :)
Still better as a nude scene with the Bardot I guess.

Hi,

not matter what someone says about my car(s): I would never be aggressive. I don't care if someone talks just bullshit or not.
Take it easy, Bob.
