I missed Carlisle...

Last fall I was planning to go to Carlisle on Friday and Saturday. Ordered my Field Pass credentials early this year and made hotel reservations. I didn't make it Carlisle. I'll be there next year.

Where are all the pictures from this year's show?

I started to head up to Carlisle Saturday with the NYB and the power steering pressure hose blew. It was 2 pm before I found a new one and had it on.

Bummer Bob, spent most of my time in the swapmeet searching for goodies to get a new engine together for my car for Norwalk Oh. I swung through the showfield late and only talked to Big John and his wife, and said hi to Dave and his "crew", missed Jer and everybody else in the middle of the day. Oh well see everybody next year or at the nats if anybody is going to that. Welcome back!!!!!!

What have you been doing? I haven't heard of anything blowing up, but I guess that is the whole idea..... nevermind.

I really haven't done a thing to the Newport in several months. I have everything to get it on the road. I still have the new transmission and torque converter in the back of my truck. I also have the entire new brake system. Lean Burn conversion kit. The A/C needs charging...LOL! I have a new cooling system....and a thermostat. 1978 Wipers still work (for now). Dual exhaust with Flowmasters eventually.

Just working a lot...

Sequester is killing our workforce....same mission with a lot less people to get it done.
