Hey i had to watch Jack Nicholson in Hoffa to learn what teamster meant back in Aus.

Seniority should go by the amount of posts one makes. Not the date when you first made a profile.

Not me, I'm not whorish. only 500 posts since Nov 2010... I think you have to be north of 10K to be considered post ***** material.
One only becomes a post ***** when one has nothing worthwhile to post...but posts anyways. We haven't had to many of those lately.

I agree post whores should get seniority.

Yah. Smart move. Reward the spammers....
You must love ebay searches.
I'm not rewarding anyone. Just saying you want true seniority...do it by the amount of posts....and really, there are bigger targets for spammers out there than "C Bodies Only"....jeeez, get a grip will you.

seniority is always based on time, not gab. You really cant change a definition ........

Talk softly and carry a big stick..........:yes_no:

Which really silly when you look at it logically and clearly. Someone could create a profile on day one and not post anything and yet get seniority because they sat on thier assess all that time without contributing. Yes, that's the union way. Reward for being there, but not doing anything.

NO......not at all, I have been a steady contributor on the Drydock for ten plus years, less than 1000 posts. So you think that means someone I havent been there that long?

Moparts, been there for sixteen years, probably less than 5000 posts, does that make me less of a member?

SuperB hasnt posted in a hell of a long time BUT HE HAS SENIORITY............. So what is the definition of active member mean here?

By no means official, here is a list of the more currently active members.

Fred Matt and Chris clearly have seniority........... Yet, because they are working their days away you want to eliminate that........? Thats outrageous

Don't know how its done on the DryDock. I'm no advocate for SuperB. SuperB has more posts than "X", then he should have more seniority due to his quantifiable amount of contributions, not when he happened to discover this site and decided to make a profile way back when. The MORE you contribute the MORE seniority you should have. Time means nothing.

This is not a difficult concept to understand.

Fascinating when the average Joe starts to grapple with real life issues concerning unionism and how it should work.

I taught college level Labor Relations courses for a couple of years. I'm going to stand back and observe....
