Note that the driving shot of my wagon shows all windows up - because my wife and I were enjoying the meat-locker dual AC!!

And I just realize I completely forgot to check out the special display inside the building! D'oh!!!

The wagon was really moving too...I almost missed it completely! Sorry it wasn't a better pic but it was early morning and I just use my cell for a camera now.

Of course there's a hockey rink at the venue.

Thanks Rip! She's a keeper!

She was dealer ordered as a demonstrator... so she's got Tilt tele, Sentinel, Discs, AM/FM Search tuner, Dual AC, Autopilot, and 440 TNT! Oddly enough, no power windows seats or locks. That may change if I ever restore it (she's a mostly original paint survivor)... parts have been stockpiled...

Yer killing me here! I want that car! I've already got a '66 coupe and convertible. A wagon is the required next acquisition.

I was thinking the lady in that pic may have been the original owner...or at least long time owner. That is a fairly old Ontario plate. The car itself was very tidy.

The "Ontario Keep It Beautiful" series was the first iteration of owner assigned plates (with stickers being applied in the corner for each renewal) and as noted above commenced in 1973 but went all the up into the 80s before they ran out of combinations of 3 letters 3 numbers - I.E. AAA 001

My plate which I got in 1979 was my first one and I still have it - now in use on the wagon. Because the 3 letters just happened to be JOY people assume it is a vanity plate, but it was truly just the luck of the draw at the DMV that day when I plated my first car. I knew then it was a keeper.

The next series "Yours to Discover" reversed the combination to 3 numbers 3 letters and went for a similar number of years - 001 AAA

They then went to and are still working their way through 4 letters and 3 numbers - AAAA 001

CCEY xxx was the latest issue I saw today.
