Here's the old Thread. We did the deal in a few hrs. He was 4 hrs away so inconvenienced an acquaintance to check it out then deposited funds to a cousin to pay for it and got it out of there quickly. Seller was sincere but there was lots of interest so had to act fast. Been 2yrs so worked out great.
