My dream car?

For me its a no-brainer!
£10,000 for a wrecked and rusty 68/69/70 Charger needing everything including a new AMD body.
Or £12,000 for a rustfree Mopar than runs twelves when cars three times the price run fifteens...:usflag::thumbsup::drama:

And who wouldn't want a 66 Polara in BABY BLUE???:mob:

Everywhere she goes in the UK, folks stop and point, throw bricks, empty beer cans etc. (only kidding)
At the track there was cars much newer, more expensive and much SLOWer, they got their BUTTS kicked by and 'Aircraft Carrier' towing a barge full of lead...:rofl:

Illigitimi non carborundum was the motto over our Engineering workshop door!
Always made me laugh everyday I saw it.

Semper-fidelis is my current one.

Hoping for my 69 Fury with a 512 ci easy 12 second 1/4 miles,able to cruise highways without screaming with a sure grip 3.23 rear, power brakes and I don't give a rats *** about mileage. It will be interesting what mpg I do get though.
Baby Blue will piss them off even more and I hope you get the car!
I remember years ago talkin at Lebanon Valley dragway with this guy with a 70 somethin Cuda or Challenger on street night. Big block this numbers that bla bla , he loved his car and wouldn't stop talkin about it. Didn't ask about my car which under the circumstances ,who cares. That's fine and I listened. We were both on street tires and we end up racing together. We line up and that big block Flowmaster bellowed and he left me at the line. I got some traction on my old street tires and finally hooked up and started slowly at first reeling him in. It was gonna be close!!! He beat me by a bumper! Fun race! We were in the high 12's but at the finish line I was going a bit over 10 mph faster than him. He didn't talk to me the rest of the night. 114 mph comes to mind for me. Oh by the way I was driving a Dodge Omni 4 door hatchback FWD turbo with 135 ci on old cheapo tires..

{I may have had groceries in the back,,don't remember...}
