My Wagon Got Rear Ended Today

Hope all goes well with the Insurance company. And hope you find a good tailgate. Damn shame though...

Been there though. I got rear ended in my 66 Falcon Futura years ago. I was at a dead stop, trying to make a left across traffic. 78 Chevy caprice hit me doing 50 mph. Driver was busy looking at a garage sale on the side of the road. Folded the back of the car up like an accordion.

I got rear ended in my 68 Imperial Conv. last year, on a redlight a 68 Chrysler 300 Conv. forget to brake.
Here in Germany all people have a insurence for there cars. So you get offer for repairing from a bodyshop, send this
to insurence and get the money (in this case $8000)

Now she looks so, on the end of january she goes to a bodyshop for complete repair.

It was the second rear end, the first was in 2006, a Fiat Uno hits me from behind, the rear bumper was damaged a little bit, but the Fiat was totaly damaged, goes to the yunkyard.

Three accidents in 6 years, into 2006 too, I hit a deer with arround 50mls.
The good in germany is, this case is a insurence case too. My insurence pays
for this damage.

Looks like this, I hope that rear end last year will be the last!!!!
The good in the bad, for all these crashes I got money (together arround $30000 in 6 years)
For the repairs I didnt need the hole money.:yaayy:

That explains a lot. Now I understand why so many cars are going to Europe LOL.

Yup they still got it. He say it needs about 5hours work on it so it might be a little rough but unless I find a better one it'll have to do. It'll have to be shipped frieght so it might be a little expensive to ship but at least I'm not paying for it.
