Here's another blue Coronet survivor that just showed up in the burg, time for another road trip Mike!
1969 Coronet R/T - $70,000 (Pittsburgh)
1969 Coronet R/T survivor. Owned since 1981. Has not been wet since 1981. Never in the rain or washed! All original including the clear bubble seat covers installed when new. B5 blue with white interior. 440 BBL with 4 speed manual transmission. Always in heated garage. 24,000 original miles. This is a very rare find. Getting old, time to let this treasure go to a new home.

more than my wallet can handle, I'd have to rob my wife's 401 and she wouldn't be happy
Maybe put in a Craig’s list alert and keep an eye out for nice used wheel and tire set for when someone installs some donks.
Or maybe someone here can hook you up local with some nice takeoffs.

Here's a question for anybody who will listen. How do I change the license plate light bulb? Sure,
I can muscle my way and maybe break something. I thought, maybe someone else has had the same issue. from the outside of the trunk are two(2) screws. but as the picture shows, I'm not sure they come out. Or do I go inside the trunk and pull the socket? any help will be appreciated.

Hi Mike. Definitely from other side, see tabs? Wiggle it back & forth a bit & it'll pop out.

I had this 1965 starter rebuilt , It was done with high torque components. cost me $125.00 for total rebuild. not bad, I thought.

new valley pan gasket, My original has a hole, I guess from mice urine from the years of storage?. My "survivor" orange heater hose, I got NOS hose.

1965 383/330hp history question. When did the hp engines get a windage tray? Would that be a simple R/R (remove & replace). would the oil pick-up tube be the same length because of extra gasket?

Believe they started putting in the windage tray on 383's beginning with the 1968 H codes, at least on B-bodies. Not a terribly difficult job but IMHO there would be no noticeable performance difference in your application. The small pickup height difference would be of no consequence.
Funny, my 65 had a similar valley pan hole, believe it may have been a chipmunk due to all the acorns.
