Why not the usual name - COOLANT RECovery/SYSTem, the bottle that found it's way under the hood to catch and return coolant as it expands and contracts.

No pump needed!

Came with the police package and towing package in 1972, and I think was standard on everything starting in 1973.

Well I've been in the hunt for a fuel tank for a while, could use some nicer tail light covers, and other miscellaneous parts for the 2 other wagons that I bought as "parts wagons" that were actually fixed and put back on the road. I'm going to use some things from it, but reducing it to parts isn't in the plan. I'm not ruling out that in the future this won't be put back on the road, for the time being it will sit in my parents pasture next to my "parts car".View attachment 432413

Yeah, similar story...bought it for parts years ago, it has some slight roof/trunk/quarter damage from a falling tree. Then decided to try and save it. Threw an engine in it, started a manual trans conversion...then the C body craze started and it's been sitting since. Got too many irons in the fire and not enough free time.

I've been talking to the seller, looks like I've got all it needs to make this thing a roller again...as you can see there's some damage and missing parts

So today I pulled the needed pieces from the "parts car"...was very fortunate things came loose.
