O.K. Carlisle photos now??

Just re-read this entire thread. Ah memories....the nice cars, the burnout contest, the women, oh yeah the heat, and that "dooms day" storm afterwards. You grabbed some great pics...did you always keep a camera with you the whole time?? I think I'll try that this time around...couple shots I would have like to taken but didn't have a camera on me at that time. THIS time I will not to be the last one to show up,lol.

No, its too bulky to carry for four days but it is always close. I have been to this show 21 of the 22 years its been around, I know what to expect but have missed my share of shots

Idk... This samsung galaxy i have takes pretty good photos. All the pics I took of the mopar show in GA came from this phone. There wasnt anything real worthy of getting the camera out for lol

Mom's iPhone 5 takes some damn fine pictures for a phone. I always go to grab the Nikon and she's like "I have my phone."

I bought one of the first 500 Nikon F-2s imported into the states in 1970. For all I've learned about using it in 40 yearz I shoulda spent the $ on my own personal camera guy to follow me around and shot where I point my finger. You took some good pix of some of my Car-Buds last year around the 300 canopy. That 999 Blue F Coupe should be back this year and the Batwagon should be rite beside him. The White F Vert. and the 300 Hurst will be back too. Jer

I went with the phone I have mainly for the camera... If there is something I really want a picture of, then I get the camera out. But the phone is a lot easier for me. I can take a pic, send it to my email, then right to photobucket, and ready to go. Plus it takes almost as good a picture as the camera.

With the camera, I gotta start diggin wires out, and hooking it up to the computer..

Or just pull the memory card out and stick it in your computer and badda bing its like another hard drive. If you don't have an input for them you can buy an attachment that plugs into a usb port that you can read the memory cards with.

And you can keep taking pichers with your phone also as that's working for you :)

iPhone 5 is 8MP with 1080P video. Not good enough for what exactly?

It is now & will be for the foreseeable future the top selling camera on the planet.

Because people are lazy, thats o.k..... I'll have the better shots. I can take a photo of a fly's *** from a mile away, cant do that with a phone, not that you want to

I have a Galaxy S3....the camera is a pain in the ***. Have to resize every damn picture to post on FCBO. I have a Sony F707 camera that's at least 10 years old and takes great pictures.

It's the top selling phone. It also takes pictures. That's like saying it's the top selling Crazy Birds player on the planet.
