This is one of my company's trucks in 1971. It's an archive photo but I drove that actual truck.
IH Loadstar. Over all my years, that was the tractor I absolutely detested the most.

Is that a scratched wheel lip I can guess on that truck ? ;)

Those trucks were hand me downs from one of our other locations. We got them when they rolled over at 1,000,000 miles. We were lucky if it had a seat and two mirrors.
It looks like a comfy ride. As every frost heave and expansion joint try to slap that rear window off the back of your head.

I didnt join this thread till post #404 .. with a real question AND some "truck ****".

And in typical nerd fashion, i found 30-40 ancient rigs interesting. seriously neat vehicles of bygone era (soon to be dominated by these, in our lifetimes, by themselves and in convoys, one driver leading six of 'em, or driverless)

anyway, a few more ..only because I liked these 8 or 9 trucks for no other reason than they looked OLD and COOL.

i'll put the other 20 in C Body Bob's thread on old trucks. :)
