Architecture by Edward Townsend Mix 1860's -1890's utilizing Milwaukee Cream City bricks!
It's been a long time since there was 15 cent beers. I do remember a few bars in Milwaukee during the 1970's having a promotional event with a 10 cent beer night every once in a while.

The governor's mansion and that theater need to be preserved. I love that huge porch on the theater.
