That looks like fun. Probably more fun doing donuts in the snow and ice then my ole flathead trike.

Sure it was. With the smaller diameter rear tires I did not really need snow to do donutns :).
I also had a lot of fun building it.

Wow. Trying to image what it would be like buying a car like that brand spanking new.

That has to be incredible. A good friend of mine bought a 70 Hemi Cuda convertible new (same guy that drove a VW bus to Woodstock at 17 y/o). 4 speed, shaker, yellow. I think he paid something like 4k. Drove it everywhere. In college etc. I asked him what happened to it some time ago. Eventually it started rusting pretty bad and he sold it. That guy totaled it. I was ragging him about that car just last night. lol.

The one that got away was 69 GTX 440 4 speed that my Brother got from a family friend. This guy was a pilot in the Air Force & ordered it new. Blue , black interior, air grabber, and every single piece of paperwork, including the export papers. It had a metal export stamp near the radiator as well. My Brother kept it for several years, and traded it for a Viper, which was really cool, but I miss the GTX more.
