I'd like to get one of these. remediated, cheap.
Usually a little too big at 25K sq. ft.+, many have historical designations (i.e., money pits), all in urban locations (i.e., hard to get residential zoning without multimillion dollar remediation investment), or are repurposed beyond going back to their glory days (e.g., their art-deco accoutrements, inlaid marble, artisan woodworking, stainless trim, etc., is gone.)
