This is just south of the Canadian border.
Rt 9 was a major route for bootleggers during prohibition. It was the direct route from Montreal to New York City.
Now just a boring insurance agency.

Dunno the cars. Best estimate of location/year is Milwaukee, 1939. Exact address unknown.
