Here are the finished photos. Some etching went clear through to the primer, thus limiting how much I could do. In some rear panels I limited the amount removed.

That's outstanding work. That micro-thin finish is quite delicate now, but with proper protection using a non-abrasive wax there could be decades of nice appearance remaining.

Looks great @david hill. Parking lot oils mixed with runoff water perhaps? I guess a light weight indoor cover could prevent that in the future.

Wow, I would be pissed if I found that type of damage on my car. She cleaned up nicely, and I'm glad that Poppy's paint could be saved. Might have been highly alkaline if leaking though concrete. Otherwise, could have been sewer pipes leaking, but those are not usually in parking garages. I had black water leak onto my car years ago and it etched the paint around the periphery of each droplet that landed on the hood.
I suspect it was from an external source,( other vehicles, maintenance on sight equipment, outside contaminants transfer), as puddling in the surface in select areas was present. Water run off is anything but purposely designed in some of these structures As stated some rear areas the etching was through to the primer.

Was the airport notified of the damages?
The car is owned by @ayilar who I did inform. No action was taken due to the length of time it sat there.
Indeed. The car sat for a good 3 days at the airport back in June. Using a car cover is not allowed, but it would not have crossed my mind to use one as the location seemed clean. Live and learn.

On a more joyous note, here are photos that @david hill took of Poppy before driving her back to me. @polara71 will note that the incorrectly short bow, seen on the photos that David posted above, has since been replaced by the installer with a longer one. The car just looks brand new in the photos -- thank you, David!!!

I am not a lawyer but prohibiting the use of a car cover while also denying responsibility for any damages (I'm sure they have that in fine print) are contradictory. Surely there's a Latin legal phrase for 'can't have it both ways'?
While we wouldn't expect them to be responsible for damage done by other patrons, damage by their facility is a different matter. We have a reasonable expectation to not have significant damage to our cars due to their facility, especially in only 3 days. This damage, due to the condition of the car overall, could perhaps be considered significant, especially due to it not being 100% correctable.
Did the water come from expected sources (like a drain pipe) or did it seep thru cracks and seams in the cement above? That might be another factor, if you specifically parked it in an area with no drain pipes to potentially overflow - yet it got damaged anyway. @ayilar you mentioned that you parked it in an area that seemed clean - I think what you meant is that you drove around and specifically looked for a place that looked safe to park your car. Having ridden with you, I can vouch that is your tactic.
IMO this might be worth pursuing for some compensation, either to repair the damage or at least something for reduction in the car value.
Your insurance company might be able to assist?
The flip side - even if you never drive it, damage can happen to a car.
