There are 5 stages?

Many years ago I was having a forum discussion with someone who was adding nitrous to his new C6. He ran into a snag when installing the "window switch"..
Needless to say I totally went off into the wrong direction...

Yep.....5 stages.

It's amazing how these ProMod guys can engineer and program 4-5 stages of nitrous. Hell, it's hard enough to get ONE stage of nitrous to work properly without blowing up the motor. Just ask Ross, he hasn't blown up or destroyed anything yet.... except a rear diff.
People think you can just jam nitrous on a car & go. That's how motors get blown. My entire setup was built specifically to handle a 200 shot right out of the hole (minus the 8.8 aluminum diff....)

Window switches are for pussies. Just kidding, I use a window switch but only to keep the nitrous from coming on below 3,000 rpm. I'm staging around 2,000 rpm & my stall is 4200 so my nitrous is spraying full blast before the converter hooks up. A lot of guys use the window switches so that they don't spray through the shifts cuz the tranny can't handle it. Mine is built to be pounded on.

Timely....
I was sitting on the porceline throne doing some Hot Rod Mag reading and what do I see.
Twin supercharger EACH with it's own dedicated turbocharger intake...

I literally have the radio on going down the track. Sometimes the heated seat too. I do turn the A/C off though.
