Right away I recognized the church in the background.
Gave up locating this in a minute or so, only a couple places it could be, suspected redevelopment. Googles the restaurant, turned out to be my first guess.

Tried to go back in street View but couldn't go far enough by a year or so. The new condo replaced both the craftsman and restaurant.
