you don't actually expect us to read all of that?
Not if you don't want to, scroll on by... I didnt actually mean to write that much, it just seemed like everything wrote raised more question. I just didnt want to come across as a total dreamer with no idea how much he was talking about taking on.
Interesting, seems to me there must be some suitable Canadian buses out there which meet your requirements rather than an American one from say, Arizona
First and most importantly 1973 LeBaron, wow love them cars. If it wasnt for the dogs i'd of totally bought a '73 triple black that was for sale over here for like £5. Stayed on ebay winking at me for months as well.
Two points here, firstly as has been kinda raised, a Canadian bus is very likely to be running the same insulation as an US bound one. They may have additional heating capabilities for the cabin but that would be engine driven or want plugged in. They may also have a block heater, but again this needs plugged in. When taking into account the age of coaches I'm interested in vs the environments I'm taking to pretty much any coach is going to be stripped down and re-insulted.
Secondly I'm really struggling to find what I want when searching right across the us/canada, restricting my catchment area that to just Canada is likely going to restrict me to just the modern prevost I mentioned H3/40. Also given "home" is Calgary/Edmonton, a lot of the US is closer than the other cities in Canada Calgary -> Toronto =2100mls, Montreal =2200mls, Quebec 2300mls, Calgary -> California 1300mls, Phoenix 1600mls. Even when you are going to Toronto google says go across Ndak, Mn and Wn spend more time driving in US !
Plus who doesn't love an epic roadtrip with their new bus...

Oooooooooooohhhhh, hadnt spotted that at all, very interesting. Thank you.
Even if you rplans do not include an immediate purchase, this coach may still be arounnd when you are ready to buy.
Appreciate your stand point, I still feel a bit bad bothering the seller when really i know I've no ability to buy it on a practical level. I'd love think it was still around this time next year, I can't see it hanging about that long but we can hope.
