She's Here

What's the guys name that has the avatar of the character on the cover of the Mad Magazine? I think he goes by CoronetRT over on FBBO but he was hangin around here tying to gain some C knowledge a while back. He needs to see these build sheets and could answer some of your/our questions.

thank you Fred..........will do on the float. Matt, i'll just go over to FBBO and see if I can find him. i'll keep ya posted.

I'm actually surprised that's still on there.

some generic shots of the rear seats...the backrest had 2 sheets in it...well, sort of, i'll explain in the next set of picsView attachment 15158

What a beautiful car.......! I think it was worth the wait..... Huh Mark.

It would be wonderful if you could get that rear seat back plastic filler panel to Bob in Arizona intact so he could reproduce it...... Thats the nicest one i've seen.

Referring to the chrome piece on the rear seat back I think; thought this would be die-cast, at least with my 70 300 that's the case.

rear seat back plastic fuller pANEL? LAYMAN'S terms plz
:urkidding:
NO..... Not "fuller" panel......!, filler panel.....!
In reference to the black plastic piece at the rear of the upper seat back between the boot retainer and the top storage well.
Visible in the top picture

It serves to hide the upper seat springs and radio speaker from view through the rear top glass.
A very fragile piece rarely seen intact.

The panel on my Polara was in 20 pieces. Glued it all back together...looks reasonable.

I had to do that with my 69 300. The center speaker box is still MIA. I think all 69/70 C verts use the same panel..... Sure would be nice to have a repop avaliable.

no.......can't think of anything that fits........i will though, gimme a couple more days to a week

We hope you still love her then and she hasn't turned into an SOB or something like that. :)
