You can see from the attached photo that the pin which holds the fixed part of the cylinder has come loose from this removable bracket. I noticed it was loose before reinstalling it after a cylinder and hose change. Not sure if it might have worked its way out over time or not. I think it was just a press in fit when the part was manufactured. My solution was to clamp the head down flush with a couple of vice grips and lock it down w three spot welds around the head. Maybe J B Weld would have been good enough.
Also I hooked up the hoses to the two new cylinders and cycled them a couple of times get the air out before installing them in there place. The top hose (top down) cleared easily, but the bottom hose was stubborn. I turned the cylinders upside down so the bottom hoses were now on top and the air cleared in one cycle.
