I'd bet money they are. They have both external hub cap nubs and internal holes on raised bumps for a bolt on center cap. I just acquired a set of these thinking they were 7" wide but were clearly stamped 6.5" wide on rim after tires were removed.
I bought one a while ago when I was messing around trying to match up some wheels. For $15 (or less if you shop), you will save that the first time you don't buy a wheel that's not what you want.
