Stormer's 67 Polara Build

Per Stan's request:

The Polara build is moving right along. Engine & tranny are in. Upholstery is likely done. Entire car is dynamatted. I picked up all of the trim last Friday from MetalBrite. I couldn't be happier with the way that the trim turned out.

The 72 Imp will get lowered this winter but otherwise looks snazzy with her new wheels/tires. Runs great with EFI & I have the new servo, thanks to the tip from Bob (Clover). That car doesn't need anything else except black paint.

The 73 Imp is gonna be something way out there & I need to get cracking.

68 Monaco needs nothing & is for sale.

Sounds like things are moving right along. Glad to hear Metal Brite did a good job for you. I am going to take a few more things to them this winter.

Pictures or what??????? C'mon Ross!

The lead mechanic has taken a ton of photos of the Polara. He has them all on his computer & I'll get a copy of them all when the car is done (I suppose I could get them now if I asked). It will be a very extensive start to finish photo library. Really cool of him to do.

That will be nice to have that record. Better than my upholstery guy's one flip phone photo.

good luck with the project Ross.
Sounds like you will have a FAST car when it is finished.

Hey Nick,

Thanks again but the one you shipped me got cracked in transport. :(

But, I found (and bought) a set of NOS lenses on ebay tonight. :eek:s_dancing2:
SOB I wish I had bought the NOS Set of lenses at Moparfest for you, went back after I saw them and they had sold.

I owe you lunch.
