Thanks, Dave. Yea, the spending money part is getting a little unnerving since I haven't had any income in a year and I just bought a new business. Kinda shitting my pants to tell you the truth.... I've even thought about delaying the build but I'm not gonna. **** it, I'm all in. You only live once & they say you can't take it with you.

Nope, not gonna happen on a public highway. I got pulled over in my Challenger this summer & it scared me straight. Maybe I can find a one mile event at an airport or something though.

I'm just about 30 mls away where they did the high speed world record trials in the late 1930s, Mercedes Benz against Auto Union on the Autobahn near Darmstadt at 250 plus mph. Just the proper setting.

Have to say the German transit system has also been neglected for more than a decade, lots of only partial amateurish repairs that break down again if it freezes or gets too hot.

The driver in the pic got killed chasing the record there but due to side draft that came up at around 260 mph.
