The paint job and putting a '61 fury back together

Well fellow'61 fury owners my '61 got painted but the only thing that needs to be painted is the front fenders and the hood and the process of putting the car back together .It has been a good long journey on this car . Here are some photos I got to go in the garage after the garage was aired out of paint fumes and take some photos sorry about the quality of the photos

Through the mist, it looks like a sweet '61 Fury though!

wet sanding and putting trimming on trunk Today I had to help my dad locate some of the trimming but the clips are in the glove box and the way to get in is blocked off with card board box blocking the drivers and passenger side to get in

Patience my boy....... The car is all apart and in a garage. Don't worry. Steph will keep us appraised of the progress.

The front fenders have been painted and neither have a hole for the antenna what do I need to do? My car did not come with a hifi radio .

that's funny, (kind of). I had to weld the antenna hole in my right front fender closed because I'm adding dual rear antennas.
I do have a 61 antenna with a NOS base bezel if you need one Steph.

I need a hole for the antenna none of the front fenders has 1. I also have an FM converter so I can listen to FM but I would like to get 1 were I can plug my iPhone so I can listen to the music I downloaded . I can also do this get a am/fm/CD with a plug in so I can plug my phone in . I can also get a pair of surface mount speakers . I got some more photos

I don’t understand why you didn’t create the hole for the antenna(e) prior to paint. It reminds me of the city maintenance department going in and drilling holes in a city street right after they resurfaced it. ?
