That was my guess on the rust based off of where it was located. It's a shame.

I think derby guys would even pass on that rust. Where the wheels with it by chance??

I am going to continue to look. I really want a 1970 GT and Really Really want a 6BBL car but a 4BBL will do. We'll see FC7 Plumcrazy is showing me a FK5 GT I can't have till he finds the Blue one I would prefer over the FK5 GT he doesn't want to sell me. LOL

I would do it if it were mine, but no shop should be willing to do it and you could never sell it as either car... even if you tried to document it legally, you've created a mess.

There are those who do that sort of thing and defraud the purchaser when they are finished... there is a special room in hell for them.
