Thread for Craigslist morons

Seeing as how I like big Fords, particularly 65-67, this one caught me eye awhile back. Good condition and a good price until...

The previous owner had drilled holes in the trunk lid to make the car like an impala (?????) and it has light surface rust. Very minor but things I was saving for the end of my resto project with this car. Car looks and runs great, needs a brake bleed but is a daily driver for sure.

i would take advantage of those holes in the trunk lid. i would install high intensity white light bulbs. install a toggle switch real close to your steering column and hit the switch when some ******* comes up behind you with his high beams and fog lights on. or just buy another trunk without holes in it. :eek:s_dancing2:

I have been trying to picture what light assemblies were screwed on there... I am sure it looks better with holes.

HowTF does a Buick Apollo become a Mercury Plymouth?
And if you correct him, he will argue with you. :( Sad....

I bet he wonders why nobody calls... anyone who wants it is unlikely to find it in a search, anyone who finds it will most likely decide he is too stupid to talk to (I would). The price isn't out of line, if I was Nova shopping I might call this a good score.

And the horn blinker works great...

Obviously I'm blind...

I own a 1986 Mazda b2000 with 156k original miles. Definit head turner.
Webber carb, pace setter headers, air shocks rear, shorty shocks front, 15x10 wheels, 205's stretched all around. Smogged and registered. eddie
