advertised as the 1960's .. anybody recognize the car? I do not, but does distinctive (factory?) rocker treatment tho, with a "big block" (39?) badge, give it away?

yeah man, me too. Late '60's they had 390's, shape looks right, but I could NOT find factory specimen of the faux side pipe cover on a factory build for that car.
