I have blocks and access to machine work, what is involved in shipping to USSR?
Wasting cylinders in Russia is not a problem. We have machines and professionals in this field.
Cargo is delivered from the USA via Georgia, Turkey or Poland, in several stages. Usually the most expensive shipping goes inside USA)))

Block with heads, oilpan and intake
Do you need rotating assembly as well (Crank, rods, pistons) ? Let me look and see what I have. I know I have 4 or 5 413's but there may be a 440 mixed in the bunch. I think I may have a couple of steel, not cast cranks for a 440 but I can check. Might be best to buy a new pre-balanced rotating assembly. includes everything you need, crank, rods, pistons, pins, locks, Clevite main bearings, Clevite rod bearings, Total Seal file fit moly rings, AND final balanced for $2699. You would need cylinder heads and all the tin.

In my opinion it would save you both time and money in the long run.
Saw a 64/65 Imperial in your photos. My son and I are working on a '66 Imperial right now.

Thanks for the advice. It is difficult to assemble a motor without holding a block on the table. You can buy everything, and upon arrival, if you find a crack in the block, start all over again. Order a camshaft, pistons, rings, etc. no problem, it's all delivered in 1 month.

Beige Imperial Le Baron 1969, I believe.))
66' Imperial -wow, none in Russia.
