In germany I wouldn't take it of the market.
If they want to negotiate a contract: fine but they will have to live with the risk someone coming inbetween and being more easy to deal with and finishing a contract quicker

Not only the traffic cams to keep tabs of conditions, you can also use some weather websites so you can track the weather up ahead to see what kind of crap you have to deal with that day or in the up coming days. It also help to understand hi's & lows and how they effect weather. Good Luck

You can not here. Once you sign a contract it goes into review for 3 days . During that time you can accept other offers. Once out of attorney review then you are bound to that buyer until negotiations fall through with time frames ( inspections and appraisal).

In germany a potential buyer has to make the inspections and appraisals BEFORE making a contract. There is no need to do it though(apprailsals etc). During that time anyone can step up and say I buy it and as soon as the attorney makes the contract with you and the buyer it is a done deal.

If the buyer finds flaws afterwards: his problem.

I find that Intellicast is pretty accurate, at least around here.
The Weather Channel on the other hand can barely get the current conditions right let alone a forecast for tomorrow. They must not have a window to look out of.
