This is a pretty big thing in the middle of February; it is next Saturday the 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] 9 to 4. The one that was here in November was kind of a joke, but this is a big one. I know there are nationwide vendors at this one like Legendary Interiors. I know Murray Park will be there also. I wish I knew Murray was going to be here a couple of weeks ago I would have saved $30 in shipping.

It is in our Buckeye Building on the Ohio State Fairgrounds, which is a 66,000 square foot building. The one in November was in a 15,000 building.

Have a good time at the show. If you could show a few pictures I might go next year. That's a long ride for a winter show for me.

Ross, are you going?

That will be a good one. We had our big winter meet a few weeks ago and it was great, vendors from across the country.

Btw, keep an eye open for Bobs wiper part...

Hell yes I'm gonna go. Thanks for the heads up, Mike.

Let me know what time you're going & I'll meet you there.

Nothing in the mid-Atlantic area until the Spring Carlisle Show April 24-28 April.

Lowe's kickoff Cruise is April 5th.

What part is that and I'll look for it?

It's a plastic wiper cam Part Number 3799183 for a 1978 only NY'er or Newport.

It comes in a link kit 3799441 or 3799442.

The wiper cam looks like this.

It'll be a lucky find if you find it. I'll PM my cell phone number to you. The plastic wiper cam will have 3799183 in small numbers on it. The link kit has 5 parts in it. The plastic wiper cam, another plastic round piece, spring, nut, and the first metal wiper link assy that goes from the wiper motor to the first wiper pivot. Thanks!!!

In the 2nd picture, the part that pops onto the wiper motor has material broken off, it won't grip the ball on the wiper motor. Also on the other side (1st picture), you can't see it but it's cracked and pulls aparts atDSC01242.jpgDSC01243.jpg the 1/4" round eccentric.

Wish I had an old Bridgeport..........

Ya, I have a Cousin in Phoenix that is an expert on a CNC machine. That wiper cam has to be made out of plastic. I don't think aluminum would work? I'm thinking of sending it to him and see what he can do with it.

My B.I.L. has a gazillion dollars worth of CNC equiptment and that's how he met my sister. He was looking for a specific high strength plastic for a customer's product
he had to make and my sister was a salesperson for a company that distributed specialty plastics. Voila. A marriage made in heaven. Literally...........
Well, the bottom line out of all this is you want to machine it out of Delrin.
