    Imperial wheel help needed….

The majority of my Imperials were acquired with stock wheels. Just one that I decided to eventually convert back to original wheels/wheel covers. So, two came with aftermarket wheels that I drove on and liked for a while. Big Red transformed the most. Old Red: I left the wheels alone.

    Fantastic 73 Imperial coupe

There must be very few Imperials in South America (this car is in Brazil), this is probably the only 2-door '73.

Question about a stuck 326 Dodge engine

If you have the 383 with the tranny it came with you can install it as an assembly. It will not work with your pushbuttons if it is a 1965 or newer engine and transmission. Take apart the original engine first to see what it needs. It may not be that bad.

65' Polara instrument voltage reg query

Problem solved, the limiter was in the temperature gauge. I have an aftermarket temp gauge under the dash anyway so I just took the original gauges 12v feed for the new limiter and fed it to the fuel gauge - which luckily seems to work great. The limiter/regulator has a handy usb port for...

'71 Monaco 4 door barn find

According to the 1971 Plymouth order guide at www.hamtramck-historical.com , 1971 was something of a transitional year for Chrysler engines. The '71 SFGT had the normal-cam 440 as standard, but with an 8.8CR and dual exhausts. The 440HP was still available, with 9.5CR, as an option. In '72...

'71 Monaco 4 door barn find

That is excellemt information. Thank tou for taking time to explain things. Was the 375hp 440 discontinued for '71? For some reason I thought '71 SF GT's could be ordered with the 440hp.

    seat belt retainers

No retainers on Chryslers, BUT Dodge put them on the 1968 Coronet rear seats. Probably could be adapted to anything. Only for the buckle ends, 2 on the left and 1 on the right. A bit of careful drilling might do it. Otherwise, I just extended ours and let the buckles dangle over the front...
