Never any problem with gained knowledge and info. Sorta depressed as I type. I looked at the car in question yesterday. All of my "hoping" did not make it so.
It was a 500 alright, but had the "G" engine. :-( DP23G74______
It also had 98k and not 67k miles. It didn't have a console shift as told, and was pretty rusty. One odd thing though, it had the round '68 marker lights all around, but still the normal '67 taillights with no extra chrome rib for the 500. I didn't see any other neat options, but did have the clock knob under the dash as discussed in another post. I was really hoping it would have been a 4bbl 325 h.p. engine.
Oh well, getting pretty good at chasing geese, just wish I was better at catching them. Sooner or later, right? Greatly appreciate all that was shared, and love the humor! Lol
