Post a picture. I may have one in the draw, but with them out of the dash I'm not sure which is which.

I had that problem on my LeBaron once, and it turned out to be everything BUT the switch. Post a part number, which may help. There's a GOOD chance it is the same part as for '67.

Brake lights are either a brake light switch, or turn signal switch problem. Not a headlight switch problem.

First i am crap at electric, but he had everything working when he bought the car, except high beams, when high beams were on the switch would heat up and trip shutting all headlights lights off. Then he had no headlights unless he turned the high beams on, I installed after market plug in headlight harness which stopped the switch from heating when highs are on but still no regular head lights, but i then realized he had no running light or no brake lights. I knew the head lights went through the turn signals which do work. I was told the headlight also went through the switch but i don't know. I have no power at the brake light or running lights. The brake light switch is good. I can't find a short or bad ground. The turn signal switch was messed with and the horn does not work. He did have everything after the turn signal work and i can't find a short in the column. It may be f'd up? i will look for a part number. A 67 chrysler switch i picked up from a yard here was different.I'm at a loss.

I had similar problems...it turned out the overheating headlight switch can melt the plastic around the pins in the turn signal cam....killing the connection there. I would take that apart first...verify that, then install a headlight relay harness to prevent the switch from overheating again.

i will check in there, would still like to locate a headlight switch. Does anyone have a photo of the turn signal cam setup. Maybe i put something back together wrong which may explain, at least, the loss of horn.
There are two numbers on the switch 2771176 and 19010.
I tried to but a complete turn signal setup at the yard but the guy wanted to sell the column complete. There are several different turn signal switches, however.

Have you verified the fuses are all good?

if you have no brake lights and no signals or just about any mismatch of them, your signal switch is most likely bad or you have a bad connection. The brake lights run through the signal cam and are hot with the key on or off...controlled by the brake switch. When the signals are turned on then it removes power from one brake light and moves it through the signal relay. Those pins can heat up enough to sink into the plastic braking contact, but allowing signals to still work or vice versa. Or corrosion is killing it.
Running lights do not run with the headlights on.
I made a mistake about the headlights...they do not run through the signal switch at all. If you dont have low beams/high beams, then its either the foot switch, bulkhead connector or wires....not related to the brakes or signals.

The two switches I had in the drawer are both wipers switches, not enough contracts. I'm in agreement with the others that the headlight switch wouldn't cause no brake lights.

I believe that now as well, but i am still without low beams and running lights, I will pull the connection block and look into the turn signal cam.
have you checked the high / low beam switch on the floor? if you lose either high or low beams that is usually the culprit as they get corroded easily.

Make sure low beams aren't burned out.

On the contrary, when I turn the headlights on in my ‘67, if I don’t see my dash light up I also don’t have brake lights. A quick jiggle of the headlight switch to see my dash light up and I know I have brake lights too. Something I’ve needed to address for some time now so I’m going to send @Devinism one or 2 of my extra headlight switches this week.
