I remember when shale was supposed to make Canada wealthier than the Middle East. Guess you can't get blood oil out of a stone.
Unfortunately our biggest customer is now our biggest competitor and he just said pound sand on the pipeline that would have made the difference in getting all this oil to market for no good reason. Now they just ship by rail which is so much better and safer for the environment...NOT! But then again we can't even get a damn pipeline run across our own country let alone yours. Its ok for Queerbec to pump raw sewage into the St Lawrence but be damned if they'll let Alberta crude be piped through to Halifax. The real kick in the *** is Alberta sends Millions in equalization payments to Queerbec for being a "Have Not" province BS is not even close to what they are doing. We need to Nationalize this pipeline in the interest of National Security and special interest groups be damned! End of rant.

actullllly....is one of two things I'm changing and theres no ifs ands er buts....gave up putting the oem Mopar hood tach on the hood and gave up the six pack because of you lot....but the 140 speedo and tilt steering are going in....everything else is OEM with the exception of cam and compression.....hopefully this way everyones happy

Good for you...poetic license.
Just hold onto and get the 6bbl ready... Its a great display piece and would swap in an afternoon if you had a change of heart...swap back just as fast. I would much rather break in your rebuild on the 4bbl. I think an EFI setup could be wired in such a way to make it a quick in and out affair as well. I wouldn't ever do anything that couldn't undo after all the work and $ you put in.

I have the experience, I have fitted a shaker hood to car before, cut the plain hood and all that.

If i was to build a GT the way I want it, i would take a plain Sport Fury and upgrade it with all those mods and leave an original GT alone.

Stan heard about the hood tach
and attempted a rescue of the GT
....he was pulled over after a 60 mile chase 
on the i5 at dawn
...4 cop cars were wrecked in the pursuit..he refused to be taken alive so ran off heading in a southernly direction cursein canucks ......
...back to reality....lm a strong beliver of leaveing some things to professionals that do a task day in day out...
what we have here is to dam funny...its Paul off to see the Wizard...his neighbour is a retired wiz when it comes to body work and has agreed to take on the GT due to its rareity..feeling lucky to have both these folks devoteing thier time to it...
anyway trunks done and body is now off to get rear quarters replaced and all rust delt with then back to Paul for finishing
