65 fury kickdown setup

Hiya Mate. Sorry I'm jumping in this one a little late. I haven't been on the forum lately.

Here's mine, and it's factory on the factory Carter AFB.

My block was setup for a late 64 Chrysler model and somehow made it's home in a Plymouth. I changed out the return spring bracket, and ground mounting point, as well as painting all accents black as they were all blue. The carb I have is specific to a Chrysler as well.

So I can't say 100% OEM accuracy, but after months of research, I feel it is.

If you don't have the parts to make it original, Lokar has a kick down kit using a stainless steel cable. It may be cheaper than trying to find the rare parts.

Don't think Terry's using aftermarket on this one, stock is the goal here.

Thanks for your awesome pictures. Previous owner swapped on Eddie intake and the linkage doesn't work like it should. I also have to point out that those engine bays are spotless. Like wow.
