66 new yorker...was to be a nice story reveal

All this makes me glad I have Hagerty....good luck man.

I am also with Hagerty. No experience other than paying the premium though.
I was told they are very good.

I'm with Grundy.. $186 per yr. valued at $9,000. No milage limit. Just can't drive it to work or as a DD. Pleased so far.

Your Formal is valued at $9k with Grundy???
Hagerty says I'm maxed at 75-hundred and that's as high as they will go.

"Agreed value" they call it. Your premiums are based on that areed value. Within reason of course. Several insurance companies offer that.

Grundy here too. 65' with 8 or 9K coverage and a $50 glass deductible (I can go up in value if I decide to). They just wanted a pic of the car and one of the garage where the car is kept. No claims or complaints and hopefully none to be made in the future.

My Fury is at 10 grand [I will up it this year] 154 bucks a year. Hagerty

Chrysler is insured for $25K, GTO $40K through Hagerty; $482 per year. I'll probably bump the GTO to $60K after I restore it.

I hate to see this happen, especially as most classic car owners are usually some of the best drivers on the roads, especially when driving their classic car.
I've used American Modern for years. Never had a problem with them. I had to put in a claim in on my R/T, and they paid 100% of the resto shops estimate by the pictures that were sent to them and didn't even send out an adjuster to look at the damage in person.
Here's a helpful link I found if considering classic car insurance....
