No worries, I think he was just looking for the right answer. Not only is that not the right place to power the choke it is downright dangerous because it is not fused and if it shorted it would continue to burn as long as the car was running. Bet thing to do is run a wire to the fuse block and tap into an already fused 12 volt circuit.

Sorry, I don't have any equipment to measure the calipers. I won't be getting the brakes done until I get my radiator/water pump back together. I had the radiator redone with all new cores and getting the water pump back, had that rebuilt. Plus new belts and hoses and while I had everything out I also had the alternator rebuilt. One thing I did notice on the water pump. My car is coded "max cooling" and yet the water pump had only 6 vanes and its the original. I was always under the impression that max cooling would be 8 vanes. guess the factory knew what they were doing

For most of my Mopar career (50 years), I owned B Bodies from Roadrunners, GTX's, Superbees and a couple of Challengers. I would say that the trunk floors were either toast or had been replaced. NEVER have I seen a trunk floor with so much undercoating from the factory as this Imperial has

. Looks like a solid 3/8 inch. fantastic condition

This stuff wasn't applied so much to be a rust preventative as it is to be sound insulation.

I can see why this car weights more than most, there's undercoating, insulation and carpet on everything

I called them and they told me they don't carry them ( pads) do you have the part number .I want to order the small brake lines that go from the calipers to the runner lines.

I'm not sure what they stock, the person I dealt with was George. The part# on the metal brake lines is 07-1389 called "inlet line set". Hope this helps
