I have actually been tinkering when it hasn't been absolutely bitterly cold.....
I played with the rear brakes to see how things would fit, I still need to steal the auto adjusters from the original brakes, but I'm getting somewhere atleast.
I took the drums to work an machined them, they just need cleaned and painted now before I'm happy.
Picked up some rotors from the junkyard for $10, machined them to see if they'd clean up, I figure it couldn't hurt to have working brakes on the car for the first time since 2009, so these will do till I'm at the point where I'm ready to actually drive it. They are fairly thin as after sitting 40 years in a junkyard with the tires off, they kind of ended up pitted deeply. I figure they'll do for now though and have saved me some money anyway.
