Google is extremely useful for looking up information that you know is out here, pictures of something that is probably out there, facts, business addresses etc, etc, etc, not to mention how too video's and certain accouterments to threads on occasion AND

Sure looks like it, but the repair was done with metal and pretty minimal filler, I agree that the angle could have been a bit better , but it isn't a massive gob of filler there.

Looking at that photo it sure looks like that right quarter is several inches lower than the left or where it should be.
