Another Rookie Question?

So my aftermarket valve covers are evidently thicker than my stock ones requiring longer bolts than the stock bolts.

Anyone know off hand the size and thread size? of the stock valve cover bolts so I can order some black shiny ARP bolts a little longer?

the ome ones should be 1/4"- 20 x 1/2" long but some heads holes r not as deep4

Some days I'm in a bad mood or a foul funk...smell not included..;)....and feel like leaving snarky comments but I understand that not everyone has 30+ years of experience with older vehicles and mechanics in general so I just move on or hit the back button and move to another thread.
