The most dangerous thing for me was my first wife cooking. She couldn't cook! She couldn't even make ice!!!!

This guy has quite a following. I wish I'd seen his vids when my grandfather was still around... his commentary would have been priceless.
My uncle Leo served in the New Guinea Campaign in 1942. He had very little good to say about the K-Rations. In the tropics, the temperatures were such that the wax coatings on the packages melted. Most of the food supplies were stored outside in the blazing sun and torrential rain. By the time the food supplies actually got to the troops in the field, much of the stuff was insect infested and covered in blue mold. As they had nothing else to eat, they scraped off the bugs and mold as best they could and ate the rest. The local villagers picked up what the American troops threw away and ate it. The local people were starving as the Japanese were not being re-supplied and had stolen all of the local foodstuffs. I guess the old saying is true, "That what does not kill me makes me stronger" is true because my uncle lived to the ripe old age of 88.

Just to Keep this hopeless Nutrition thread alive and give it some new spin, here's some early Christmas gifts that just arrived. I'm a sucker for vintage NOS household stuff, so our new Emsa Luran plastic breakfast set model "Derby" will lose its virginity after about 50 years tomorrow morning.

I’m guessing he’s already got one of those.
No Schwinn bike in my collection; not sold in the market over here, except maybe a few leftovers from returning GI families.I’m guessing he’s already got one of those.
If he drops that down my chimney , somebody would just find me dead with a SEG.He had better be gentle because that visible pelvic bone doesn't offer much cushion and her only other soft parts are made of silicone.
