Chain the motor!

My 69 300 had a steel cable with loops on each end that attached with the mount bolts.
It seemed like it would be pretty effective without the awkward look of the chain. I still have it somewhere.... I'll try to post a picture when I find it.

It's not a real repair and once you do it the incentive to make the repair correctly is lost.

Back then that was a fast car! That car was badass. I wish I still had that one. Yes, very good times. All of us with Cs should think about meeting up one day at Atco and hang out and have some fun. I think that would be cool to show up with 20 or 30 Cs at Atco!!

Yes sir....I remember street nights extremely well. I was there in the 90's...I used to take my lil' rat trap lo buck 340 Plymouth Duster there and unceremoniously proceed to beat up on IROC-Zs, screaming chickens, Ford lazy Lightening pickups...use to keep all my time slips in a shoebox,lol.

Talking about auctions....Hemi under glass is going up for auction in the next week or so I believe on Mecum auto auctions. Car is going to go for a ton of cash.
