Dennis. That's his name.

Problem is, none of the 3 I have is rust free, and '69 and '73 firewalls are not 100% the same as I learned.

At this point, I'm going to basically peel it all off and reverse engineer it panel by panel.

Otherwise this is going to be over my skill level
I have the utmost confidence... but boy is that job going to suck.

I will take my measurements and make my diagrams tomorrow.

And that's why I clean out my cowls and fender bottoms once a year,
.....had to do the same for my road runner and lost my first 73 t&c to the dreaded tin worm in the cowls.

I’m jealous of your washer bottle.... went camping with the girls last month and mine got nibbled by a field mouse.

Unconcerned with the bottle... looking at all that sectioning work you've done and have yet to do...

Like the repurposed cabinet, I just toss the grinder wheel collection into a couple of old milk crates... I wonder when the statute of limitations expires on the "do not steal" labels?

How's that center low point in the cowl supposed to drain anyway? This is where all the leaves and detritus accumulate. On mine, there's a thin strip of plastic that covers a drain hole but no drain or hose that I can see. I have to pull away this strip to make it drain. Seems like a design flaw, hence the rust out pictured above.
