Along with Chris Matthewslol. That guy is a flippin idiot. And I don't use that word lightly.
Just a suggestion. Perhaps it would be profitable for you to really examine why you are poorer than you were 5 or 6 years ago rather than just place blame on Obama. Wall Street banks and the mortgage industry along with all the politicians taking their money for their campaigns (along with the Supreme Court that says corporations are people) have rigged the system in favor of the rich, and congress will not put any restraints on these big banks and corporations. And the rich just keep feeding Fox News so you will hate Obama and blame him. He isn't really the big problem, and even though I do not agree with everything he does, the problem is Congress, particularly the House where they obstruct Obama's efforts to restrict the big banks every time, and refuse to do anything that would help the middle class (like pay a fair minimum wage where if a person works hard for a 40 hour week, he shouldn't live in poverty - but the House blocked that too). You can keep complaining and blaming Obama, but we are getting hosed, and so many here on this Board keep supporting those who are really to blame, and finding it easy and convenient to blame Obama. That is just self destructive. This president deserves our support a whole lot more than he is getting. And so the banks continue to use our money (not theirs) to make risky ventures that pose a real threat of another bubble that is going to break again. And the rich continue to pour money into campaigns designed to influence the electorate in their favor with glossy mail with all the platitudes of that they think voters want to hear, all the while their owned politicians care nothing about the middle class. If you really want change, then you have to spend the time to look at the voting records of the politicians running in your District and then vote. But rather than spend the time doing that, it is easier to just blame Obama while we keep going down................... You can't solve a problem that you don't understand.
Your comment here, in some ways, sounds pretty good, but you left out a few facts: Obama and his people are liars ("If like your plan, you can keep your plan"; "A youtube video incited the riot (demonstration) in Benghazi, Lybia and no stand-down order was given"; Al Queda is on the run"; "There is not a smidgen of corruption at the IRS"; the Fort Hood and Oklahoma be-headings are work place violence - not terrorism", and although the House of Reps passed more than 300 bills that are laying in a pile on Harry Reid's desk, "the Republicans on the hill won't work with me."
The above lies are only a few of the canards that I can think of right now, but my bottom line point is that Obama and his entourage appear to be totally lacking in character. In my mind, Character is the most important personal asset that a political leader (or any leader, for that matter) must have - regardless of political party or philosophy. A leader MUST desire and be committed to "do the right thing."
One more thing: When it comes to divisive politics, it appears to me that Obama and the left are those who are mostly engaged in class warfare (the minimum wage, the war on women, etc.). Also, he and his henchman Holder never pass up a chance to play the race card.
It comes down to this: The liberal / progressive machine has been very successful at marginalizing the conservative viewpoint and the politics associated with it. This has never been more true than in my home state of Maryland. The Republican Party in Maryland is totally irrelevant. And by the looks of recent national polls, 42% of the people in our country would vote for Obama again (despite the administration's woeful incompetence and ineffective domestic and foreign policies). Due to many years of progressives pressing their agenda through our schools, colleges and political life, the entire country has moved dangerously close toward a one-party political system. Pretty soon, the whole effing country is going to look just like Maryland. . .
And you get a gold star for parroting the Fox News line of "reporting" and regurgitating it splendidly.
Nicely done, but its not worth arguing with koolaide drinkers. Once they get started typing full page diatribe about blaming everything under the sun EXCEPT the culprit..it's time to walk away to preserve your own sanity.Your comment here, in some ways, sounds pretty good, but you left out a few facts: Obama and his people are liars ("If like your plan, you can keep your plan"; "A youtube video incited the riot (demonstration) in Benghazi, Lybia and no stand-down order was given"; Al Queda is on the run"; "There is not a smidgen of corruption at the IRS"; the Fort Hood and Oklahoma be-headings are work place violence - not terrorism", and although the House of Reps passed more than 300 bills that are laying in a pile on Harry Reid's desk, "the Republicans on the hill won't work with me."

Thats it ?!? All you can come up with is that I'm a regurgitator ?

Luckily, your boy can't run again. That's simple enough.I could, but why bother. 70Newport calls me names and criticizes me for writing my lengthy view of things. He wants everything in life to be simple apparently, but I find that it rarely is. And if you start your rationale with the Fox distorted news and accept it, then there is nothing I can say to change your mind, because the input is manipulated and flawed in my opinion. But I do appreciate hearing your viewpoint. Really. Even though it causes me to lose hope in our country. Name calling and hating does none of us any good, and honest dialog apparently isn't tolerated. It is put down before it even starts. I keep telling myself to not get into anything political on this site, since it leads to nothing meaningful. I need to remind myself of that next time and not fall prey to it again.

I don't want to talk politics anymore either. . . So, how is yer C-Body coming along?

Unlike in your post, I have not engaged in any name calling. I made several points which you ignored and called me a name (regurgitator). If you want to have an honest dialog, why don't you do it ? With the points I made, where am I wrong ? Are my "facts" incorrect (regardless of their source: Fox, NBC, PBS, etc.) ? Is Obama NOT a liar ? Will 42% of the people NOT vote for him anyway ? Is the progressive agenda NOT making headway ? And tell me: What is wrong with Fox News ? They may be slanted to the right, but is that any less legitimate than the left leaning news from NBC and PBS and the myriad other news outlets who keep giving the administration a pass - time and time again ?
