FCA Number 1 in Canada!!

l'll be trying to make a couple of these this summer with the GT or the 70 work permiting

I bought my Ram 1500 new from a local 1 shop dealer. Buying was the best part of the experience. I run Mobil 1 synthetic and twice they put the wrong oil in. At the end of the day, had to pick it up the next moring, once with a nice dent in the door. Finally gave up and now deal with the larger dealers. Just easier

...DealerRater and Google reviews are all that count nowadays...

I should have known... the stupid internet has taken over... now you'll never have a legitimate chance to affect the outcome...

PM all of us when you need a spike in satisfied "customers"

You made a one legged salesguy chase you out into the street??? Musta had a big gross deal going... Lol
No he was losing a easy sale over the finance guy pushing a extended warranty. Told him 3 times I'm not interested, if it breaks more than twice in 3 years trade it rule of thumb don't ask me again or deals off sure enough leaves the room 5-10 min later comes back in asked again I got up walked out I hate that fuckin badgering, I'm guessing it is not the first time the salesman lost a sale from that a..hole he was good and talked me off the ledge. I don't think it was a great deal on anybodies side it just went smooth and fast till I banged heads with finance guy. Who cares I've bought my last new car.

I bought one new vehicle, ever. That will be my record at death too... no gain in it when you can fix them, and cheaper to maintain an older model than pay on a newer one. My experience wasnt quite the same... poor sales kid they gave me when I stopped by afterwork in uniform was still working on his first couple months in the business, which means he probably didnt last much more than a month after. The sales manager didnt want to let him show me anything but the low cost line... I had no interest except for the fully loaded line. Settled on the one truck they had in stock, told the kid I would be back in a week, what was his schedule so he kept the sale. When my green sheet came in, I went down to buy. Green sheet was the corporate employee discount form, but I think the postoffice and military could get them too. The direct employees had a different form too i think. $32k 98 Ram, after the fiance guy f-ed with my credit, I put him on the phone with my credit union an halved his rate. Bought the extended warranty through the credit union too, it was way better and way cheaper...I compared covered areas. The green sheet would have saved me maybe a grand on a strippy model... but made accessories almost free... $23k once they finally mathed it out. Really liked the truck... but I hated the payments... warrantied out the goodyears for ride quality and got michelins at 11.5k miles got rid of it a little before they needed replaced. I put a few grand in accessory parts on it too, had them put on the sales contract so warranty covered them... but was putting 30k a month through their parts dept and I already had my pricing on those worked out too. I think the sales manager hated me... which is good, he was a tool anyhow. I understand they let the kid get credit for his unit count, but there was no gravy in it and i didnt waste anymore of his time than I had to.

Living in the rust belt you can't get attached to cars the way I do, lucky there is not many cars that I can get excited about and they are all too expensive, so everything else is just a p.o.s.that my wife likes and in turn makes my life easier.

We hear this a lot in the business...salesguy was nice but a..hole finance guy was too pushy lied etc. Finance guys make more money than salesguys and most sales mgrs which is why every salesguy wants to be one. Usually the best closer or biggest a..hole gets to be the Finance guy in many Dealerships. We aren't one, I hired 3 girls that had zero Dealership experience and trained them to be customer service focused. Offer the products but do not make a good experience bad by pushing products not wanted. A good Finance Mgr can tell if the customer is receptive while an arrogant FI Mgr will just hammer away until someone gets mad or buys. We have a saying "You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin him once!" I'd rather sell you, your family and your friends cars then sell only one by being a jerk.

Doba, all the dearships here are heavy on the hip young hispanic as salespersons.
I don't see the grizzled vet anymore.
