Mandatory evacutions started already in Maryland at Ocean City and other places. Blizzard warning for the mountains in Western Maryland. 15' waves at Ocean City now. Already have coastal flooding and roads closed. Wind gusting here to 47 mph now. 80 mph tommorrow and 12"+ rain.
