How to Rejuvenate Electrical Connectors?

So impressive you can do this. Do you want any extra jobs for pay?
What do you do with plastic terminals that have deteriorated beyond repair?

I am flattered and thanks for the kind offer.
The distance between us and add the Pandemic I will have to decline.

Typically I have a few spare junk harnesses or access to parts cars that can donate to the good cause,LOL!
Though the wiring may be make & model specific, the connectors pretty much interchange among all Mopars.

I was able to get both malecand female connectors to redo all the ends going into both sides of my bulkhead from the Local Napa. Don't recall the part numbers.

x2 on Rhode Island Wire for parts. You probably won't find any of the specialty connectors but the 1,2, and up block connectors they have. They sell new blade style terminals as well. Get a good set of double barrel crimpers to go with that and you'll be set for life.

oxidation = resistance = heat = more oxidation = more heat = fail

The terminals used in the bulkhead connector were originally called "Packard" style terminals.
Original manufacturer was Packard. Since then that company was bought by Delphi and again by another manufacturer.

This site has a killer selection of both the terminals:
Raw Terminals – CE Auto Electric Supply
-(scroll down to see "Packard 56")

The Packard 56 connectors:

And, the crimper tool for them:
Large:
Packard Series Crimp Tool – Large – CE Auto Electric Supply
Small:
Packard Series Crimp Tool – Small – CE Auto Electric Supply

You could also buy a crimper tool that can use many different dies to different styles of crimp connectors such as:
MSD Ignition 35051: Pro-Crimp Tool Interchangeable Jaws | JEGS

If you get this die:
SG Tool Aid 18922 Die Set

you can use it for the female Packard 56 terminals and if you follow this guys' modification you should be able to do the males as well:
