I'd be pissed if they kept hitting me for a car payment for a vehicle I no longer had possession of, and I hope it gets straightened out before they tap any more dollars from the bank.
Most people would want blood. IMO, expecting a better outcome has a good chance to happen by keeping your cool.
I don't see dealership's doing too much to make Amen's for their mistakes made by their staff anymore, even when their clearly at fault, but for the number of cars purchased there, they should be all over this problem.
If the pistol grip is too much bling, and probably not the right solution to this screw up, they should do something for the inconvenience and cost that has incurred.
My dealer always tries to hit me up to buy their multi-month oil change deal when ever I go there. I never take them up on their offer as I still change my own. I'd have no trouble telling them they need to "make good on this" and tell them to at least pony up for the mistake with this program, maybe even have them throw in that blingy shifter too, or they won't be seeing me signing anymore new car sales agreements.
....now, back to Bob's Hot Rod.
Looking forward to see what the Scat Pac does in the 1/4.
